Values and beliefs

As a person I value open communication and honesty in all areas of my life so I believe in my role as a teacher this will be key to how I approach my student, parent and co-worker relationships. I am empathetic and accepting of all races and cultures so this will allow me to look at the bigger picture and approach each situation with the necessary care.
